Rethink Food exists to bridge the gap between excess food and the communities that need it. Founded in 2017, we are a nonprofit growing a network to alleviate food insecurity.

We partner with restaurants to deliver 40,000+ nutritious, culturally celebrated meals per week across NYC and Miami—at no cost to communities.

Our SUSTAINABLE COMMISSARY KITCHEN expertly prepares excess food into quality meals. We also provide SUSTAINABILITY SERVICES to help companies reach their ESG goals.

We work with city, state and federal governments, to ADVOCATE FOR SYSTEMIC CHANGE.
